Two Albums of Evangelion Music Released for the First Time in the US by Milan Records

The LA based record label is bringing decades' worth of music to listeners outside of JapanThe Evangelion franchise has some of the most iconic music in all of anime, and today, Milan Records released two albums of Shiro SAGISU's iconic score! This marks the first time these two albums are available outside of Japan, and both feature music from the original 1995 anime series as well as the Rebuild of Evangelion film series. Two Albums of Evangelion Music Released for the First Time in the US by Milan Records

 

The Evangelion franchise has some of the most iconic music in all of anime, and today, Milan Records released two albums of Shiro SAGISU's iconic score! This marks the first time these two albums are available outside of Japan, and both feature music from the original 1995 anime series as well as the Rebuild of Evangelion film series. 

 

Milan says this about the two albums:

 

EVANGELION INFINITY arrives as a massive 50-track compilation album comprised of multiple versions of SAGISU’s iconic “EM20” theme, newly reinterpreted in a range of styles including everything from acapella and spaghetti western to chiptune versions of the track – listen here.

 

EVANGELION-VOX, meanwhile, includes 20 hip-hop and R&B remakes of SAGISU’s music, with contributions by artists like MALI, LOREN&MASH, LOREN and more putting their spin on some of the series’ main themes.
